Intern / Working Student

Get an insight into both the world of investing and what it's like to build companies – for real! We are a combination of investors and entrepreneurs. We prefer to call ourselves company builders. We are invested in what we do – monetarily and with our hearts – and we are very operational where needed. Building companies is what we love to do and what we are good at.

We are continuously looking for driven students who want to become part of the Indequity team for a limited time, full-time.

We are visionary and strategic, but at the same time very involved in company building. We actually manage the entire chain – everything from identifying an exciting case and evaluating that case by understanding the market and its dynamics, to raising capital and then making the acquisition journey and building the future group. In company building, we take on everything that is needed – sales management, reporting, strategic choices, expansion, change management…. You name it. With the combined experience we possess, we have the ability to cover most areas. Inequity is not a traditional investment company because we are much closer to the business and the deal. Exactly where we want to be.

We are looking for you with high ambitions who are curious about the world of investment. With us you will have the chance to work with market analyses, investment cases and support in projects that we run for our companies - in close collaboration with our employees. We who work at Indequity have solid experience from leading consulting firms as well as extensive CEO and line manager experience from successful international companies. This makes us convinced that we can identify and develop companies through committed ownership with a focus on sustainable profitability.

The ideal candidate meets several of the following criteria:

• Master's student at a leading university

• A genuine interest in business development and investments

• Structured and analytical with a business mindset

• Can easily handle changing conditions and varying tasks

• High social skills – can reach out to target groups at a strategic level as well as out at target companies “where it happens”

• Unpretentious and prepared to cut where needed
